This isn't a holiday with workshops bolted on.
A retreat with Elly is a full immersion — into the work, into yourself, and into a container that holds you completely. We use the same tools as the coaching programs — NLP, breathwork, somatic practices, and unconscious change work — but in an environment specifically designed to let you go deeper than you can in daily life.
