Over six or twelve months, we work directly on whatever is running your life — the patterns, the beliefs, the emotional material, the nervous system responses that have shaped everything. Using NLP, Emotional Change Technique, hypnotherapy, and breathwork, tailored entirely to you.

Who you're working with

Elly is a former registered nurse, Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnotherapy, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Quantum Healing Practitioner. She has a background in clinical healthcare, deep personal experience with the work, and a genuine commitment to the women she works with. She only works with clients who are willing to do the work and are ready for real and lasting change.
