Using NLP, Emotional Change Technique, hypnotherapy, and breathwork, tailored entirely to you.

Who you're working with

Elly is a former registered nurse, Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnotherapy, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Quantum Healing Practitioner. She has a background in clinical healthcare, deep personal experience with the work, and a genuine commitment to the women she works with. She does not take on clients she can't fully show up for.
